Method

How we work.

We measure first, then we recommend. The decision stays yours.

  1. Measure

    You get numbers, not impressions.

We start from your data, your traffic and your code. Each number we give you comes with how and where it was measured, so your team can repeat it and check our work.

  2. Recommend

You get options and a written basis for the decision.

Options with their cost, risk and effort, and written go/no-go criteria. We say which option we would choose and why.

  3. Deliver

    You get small, tested releases.

Some steps cannot be undone, a database migration for example. For those we say so before they start, rehearse them on a copy and agree in writing what the way back is.

  4. Hand over

    You keep everything we built.

Runbooks, tests and documentation, written for your team to run without us.

Commercial terms

Assessments and readiness reports have a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. This is the one rule that applies to every first step we offer.

Projects are scoped from those findings, so the estimate rests on measurements. Retainers are a set number of days per month, for teams that want ongoing help.

Your data

Some work needs a copy of your database or logs. We prefer a masked copy. Any copy stays in an environment you approve, is used only for the agreed work, and is deleted when the work ends, with written confirmation.

Who we work with

Platform owners and engineering leads at companies whose content platform is business-critical, and agencies that need a specialist on a client project.
